Whether a response to global warming awareness or a consumer epiphany that sustainable building has both environmental and economical advantages, the Green Movement is the future. In Nicaragua today the Green Movement is Balcones de Majagual.

Balcones de Majagual was conceived in the spirit of the Green Movement, designed to emulate, develop, and implement Green concepts and technologies.
